Quality Manager - Dairy Manufacturing

A renown dairy manufacturing company located in Port Elizabeth is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.

The successful incumbent should meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Food Science/Microbiology and or equivalent

• Strong GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, QMS, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 is essential

• Strong people management and managerial skills whilst leading a technical and quality department

• 7 years' experience working within a similar manufacturing environment
