Overview

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) in Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced process and delivery excellence professional with experience in tax and legal organizations to join our team as a Quality Manager.

This Role Requires Understanding And Experience Of

• Process analysis and process definition. Value stream the existing process, identify efficiency and opportunities of improvement and define a desired process flow with higher efficiency.
• Quality KPIs for tax and legal solutions. Identify, define, and analyze various performance metrics, using statistical methods to benchmark.
• Quality reviews/audits/quality improvement councils as governance for monitoring compliance and efficiency.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality client service. Manage client satisfaction through governance, working closely with KDN delivery teams, KPMG member firms and central quality teams.
