Leading and developing the Quality Management System

Managing and developing a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors

Driving process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations

Leading PPAP activities including Control Plans, DFMEA, PFMEA and APQP documentation

Conducting internal and external audits
