Quality Specialist (QPC) V – Customer QualityAt FORVIA HELLA, we are looking for a Quality Specialist (QPC) V to ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling, root cause analysis, and compliance with quality standards.
Role ObjectiveTo ensure product quality from the customer perspective by managing claims, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and deliverables.
