Quality Steering Engineer

Overview

As a Quality Steering Engineer in the Manufacturing Quality team, you will lead the team accountable for driving a zero-defect mindset in the McLaren Production Centre, through improvements in data integrity and analysis, robust RCA in the first level of problem solving, whilst coaching developing the Manufacturing organisation through problem solving tools and techniques.

What You'll Do

Quality Control

Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify and address potential quality issues.

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Data Analysis
