Qualifications Related degree or diploma in Quality/ Packaging Technology/ Packaging Min 3 years experience in manufacturing/ lab environment, preferably plastics Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Shift QC Inspectors Computer literacy- Proficient with Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook (SAP advantageous) Good verbal and written communication skills Must be flexible and adaptable to change due to the dynamic production environment.
