・Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
・Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers
・Detailed confirmation of specifications
・Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers
Detail requirement for Senior ~ Leader level:
・開発において上流⼯程のすべての経験あり（要求分析、要件定義、 基本設計、詳細設計）
・BSEの指導、育成経験あり
・⽇本側のPMのサポートなしでプロジェクト管理できる
・BSEの⽇本側とのコミュニケーション指導経験あり
 
Requirements  :
- Age: 25 -37
- From 2 years of experience in being Project Manager/BrSE
- Japanese skill: Equivalent to N2 or N1
- English skill : Pre-intermediate
- Experience in working with software developers is a big plus
- Preferable: Experienced in team building

Working time:Mon-Fri：8:00-17:00
Salary :$1500~$3000 gross
