Duties: Perform analytics and modeling to enhance targeting and effectiveness of strategic marketing campaigns. Inform organization-wide strategic investments in marketing by applying financial modeling, product economics, customer journeys, and business/product expertise. Lead analytical teams to enable the customization of products, offers, and customer experiences that optimize value for clients, partners, and the bank. Work closely with business teams to measure and manage marketing campaign performance, and collaborate with peers in data and analytics on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (Al) capabilities. Focus on optimizing targeting strategies across channels including digital, direct mail, branch, affiliates and partners. Identify potential growth opportunities by working with the testing center of excellence to design and conduct statistical experiments.
