Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Building team, supporting the commercial delivery of projects across the East Midlands. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key commercial activities across one or more projects, working closely with senior commercial staff and operational teams to ensure successful financial outcomes.
You will play an important role in protecting project margins, managing subcontractor accounts, and ensuring accurate cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
