- Quantity Take-Offs: Perform accurate measurements and quantification of materials, labor, and equipment from structural drawings, engineering sketches, and technical specifications.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Cost comparison and negotiation with raw material suppliers, specialized fabricators, and secondary vendors to secure competitive, project-specific pricing.
- Tender Preparation: Assist the commercial team in compiling submittals, preparing cost summaries, and building Bills of Quantities (BQ) for private and public sector tenders.
- Main Con Claims: Prepare, document, and submit accurate monthly progressive payment claims to Main Contractors based on actual site progress and fabrications completed.
