Opportunity Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
- Handle tender documentation and subcontractor evaluation.
- Monitor project costs budgeting and cost reporting.
- Prepare interim payment applications, variations, VO & claims.
- Conduct final account preparation and project closing documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project budget, cash flow, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in main contracting companies.
- Good knowledge of measurement standards, contracts, and cost control.
