This role involves managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost control, contract management, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for large infrastructure projects.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine accurate quantities and costs.Develop and manage project cost plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget constraints.Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for all construction activities, including civil, structural, and MEP works.Verify and validate contractor-submitted quantities and ensure accuracy in billing.Assist in the preparation and review of te...
