QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M & E)

ROLES: . Taking off quantities, pricing and preparationof tender submission . Prepare Bills of Quantity . Source for sub-contractors and suppliers,evaluation of price comparison and costing summary . Analyze project specifications torecommend cost-saving measures . Assist Project Team for Variation Works,Progress Claim and Cost Control . Monitor and keep track of project cost asper planned schedule and budget . Measure and determine amount of work doneat stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors . Assist in the settlement of final accountswith client, suppliers, and sub-contractors . Carry out contract administration duties . Perform any other duties as assigned bythe Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS . Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveyingor equivalent from a recognized institution / University .
