Quantity Surveyor Manager (ACMV / Mechanical / Tendering)

Responsibilities: Oversees full-spectrum commercial and cost management for ACMV projects
Tendering, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
Leads the preparation and evaluation of BOQ, quotations, variation orders, and progress claims ensuring projects remain within budget and contractual compliance.
Works closely with project and engineering teams to manage cost impacts, procurement, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Team leadership, guiding QS staff, reviewing submissions, and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Requires strong expertise in ACMV systems and M&E works, with a focus on delivering profitable and well-managed projects from tender stage to final account
Requirements Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services 5-8 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E contracting (with managerial exposure preferred)
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, V...
