Quantity Surveyor

Summary of Role

To ensure the successful financial delivery and completion of projects, protecting the exposure of the Company to financial risks, together with adherence of the commercial procedures of the Business. With the expanding growth within our Manchester office, the successful applicant will be responsible for the commercial management of a variety of different sized projects, offering commercial expertise for both our main contracts and small works divisions, with current project values varying between £100k and £4m.

What you will be doing

• Agreement of interim payment amounts with clients, monitoring when payments notices are due/received/outstanding.
• Final Account Negotiations.
• Preparing project budgets in conjunction with the Sales team and / or Project Manager as and when required.
