Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Basic information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Basic UP $4500 Location: Kaki Bukit Bonus provided Job Scope: Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets based on technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for MEP systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary works. Monitor project costs, track variations, and implement cost-control and value engineering measures to enhance profitability. Prepare tender submissions and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support procurement processes. Administer MEP contracts, including variations, claims, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and assess project risks related to cost and contractual matters, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
