Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor - Contracts & Commercial is responsible for managing all costs and financial aspects of construction projects, from initial feasibility through to final account settlement. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial viability, contractual adherence, and optimal value for money. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with project teams, procurement, and finance, providing accurate cost estimates, forecasts, and commercial insights, thereby mitigating financial risks and contributing to project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil/construction projects at various stages (conceptual, preliminary, detailed design, tender), analysing drawings, specifications, and scope. Conduct thorough quantity take-offs for all elements of the project (materials, labour, plant, subcontractors).
