Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Handle project claims
- Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
- Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors’ payments
- Co-ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters above
- Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
- Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/Higher Management
- Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Building/ Construction Management
- Minimum diploma holder/ degree holder with 2 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industry
Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
