Opportunity Description
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.
- Prepare and evaluate progress claims, interim valuations and final accounts.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditures are within approved budgets.
- Assist in assessing variation orders, cost impacts and contractual claims.
- Support the preparation of payment certificates and cost reports.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers regarding cost and contractual matters.
Project Administration
- Provide administrative support to the project team and management.
- Prepare, organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, drawings, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
