We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to join our Commercial team. This role focuses on managing project costs, preparing tender and contract documents, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting the project team in ensuring cost efficiency and smooth financial administration for construction projects. Work location: Yishun area, near to Khatib MRT
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate where necessary. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects and tender submissions.
