Job Description: Preparation of tender quotation, which consists of taking off quantities, procurement, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing, and preparation of tender submission Evaluation of price comparison and costing Preparation of interim valuations, pricing, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts Carry out site measurement Handling of sub-contractor's progress payments Other quantity surveying related duties Job Requirement: Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University Required language(s): English, Chinese for easier communication with China Supplier. 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Familiar with building construction, Knowledge of building condition of contract Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people of all levels, and teamwork
