Company's Profile Julian Grey's client is a main contractor specialising in landed residential projects. Responsibilities Support cost planning, budgeting, tender pricing, and project cost updates. Interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts for measurement and pricing. Review quotations and tender returns, and prepare commercial comparisons. Assist with negotiations involving subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Administer claims, variations, progress payments, EOT matters, and final accounts. Track project expenditure, cash flow, budget movement, and cost exposure. Check site progress, measurement records, and subcontractor payment claims. Maintain records for contracts, correspondence, claims, variations, and cost reports. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
