Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and cost estimates from design drawings and specifications.
. Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents.
. Analyse tender requirements and identify potential risks or cost implications.
. Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement) and external subcontractors/suppliers to obtain quotations and technical inputs.
. Evaluate and compare tender submissions to assist in bid strategy and decision-making.
. Maintain tender databases, track progress, and update management regularly.
. Support contract negotiation and clarify tender queries.
. Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements and contractual standards.
. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during tender preparation.
Requirements:
