QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description Measuring and preparing tender documentation and negotiating with contractors Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc Preparation of tender submission with a specific deadline Evaluate and process vendors' claims Prepare monthly progress claims in a timely manner Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors
Requirements: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent Minimum 2- 4 years experience in this position in main-contractor Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately Strong familiarity with quantity surveying and best practices Resourceful, Outspoken and Good Negotiator, Initiative, Communicator Able to work in team work, independently and self-motivated Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope a...
