Quantity Surveyor

• Pre and Post-contract administration and control
• Analyze and negotiate costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control
• Perform measurements for cost estimates
• Prepare and analyze for cost comparison
• Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurements
• Assist Senior Contract Manager on sub-contract works and taking-off quantity in budgetary
• Assist Senior Contract Manager in budgetary cost control, submission of project variation claims, negotiation & purchasing/estimating of materials

• Diploma/Degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil engineering environment such as road, drain, earth and external works
• Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiar with Bluebeam and Accpac software will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
