QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support the cost estimation, quotation, tendering, and project coordination works. The role includes handling projects related to tiling works, natural stone, marble, granite, sintered surfaces, facade wall systems, plastering, marble polishing, restoration works, and related interior or exterior works.
Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare quotations, tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities . Measure quantities based on drawings, site measurements, and project requirements . Source and request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors . Compare prices and prepare costing summaries . Assist in project budget control and cost tracking .
