QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Perform comprehensive Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks including obtaining quotations, negotiating with sub-contractors, measuring quantities, preparing claims, and managing contract risks to support building construction projects efficiently.

• Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Collaborate with Project Team, Consultants, Clients, and Sub-contractors to execute Quantity Surveying tasks accurately and effectively.
• Review main contract documents to identify and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare Schedule of Rates (SOR) and cost estimations as required to support project budgeting.
