Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities: Reporting to Contracts Manager Prepare tender submission handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
