- Contract administration
- Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations
- Liase with customer, handle emails
- Invoice, collect outstanding payments, payrolls, other miscellaneous paper works assigned
- Handle monthly invoice and payroll in time manners
- Any other tasks assigned by manager or director
- Able to work in noisy workshop area environment
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work under pressure environment
