Quantity Surveyor Supervisor

Job Description:

• Responsible for tender and post contract process
• Responsible for all cost estimating, cost planning, cost studies, cost monitoring & controlling, and measurement for the entire project life cycle
• Responsible for determining quantities and costs accurately
• Monitor project expenses and manage internal budget and cost control
• Responsible for reviewing contracts, change orders, and variations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering/Architecture
• Experience in Property and Project, min. 5 years, preferably in mixed use development
• Prior experience as Quantity Surveyor in high rise building/mixed-use property/building contractor/ property developer company
• Certified in Quantity Surveyor is preferred
