Quantity Surveyor - Tender / Cost Estimation [2683]

Location: Boon Lay.

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Salary: $3000 - $4000.

• Review all incoming tenders, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
• Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities by proposing alternative options.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Ensure all cost proposals comply with client requirements.
• Compile and submit complete costing documentation within required deadlines.
• Maintain updated cost databases and supplier pricing records.
