Opportunity Description
A British owned claims & disputes Consultancy operating out of Dubai is looking for a Quantum Claims Consultant with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will likely be a Quantity Surveyor with previous exposure to claims work, either for a specialist claims consultancy or within a QS role at a Contractor or Consultancy. This is a permanent position based in Dubai, UAE.
The hiring company carries out a number of assignments for clients across the disputes sector, including general claims, dispute work, and specialist expert witness services.
Responsibilities and Duties- Act on behalf of the client to advise on complex construction claims and dispute support work.
- Research and produce claims correspondence and submissions.
- Provide support to the client in contractual negotiations.
