Opportunity Description
Mercer is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive new business growth across the Quebec market. This role is responsible for originating, developing, and closing consulting and solutions opportunities with mid‑to‑large employers, partnering closely with subject‑matter experts and client teams to deliver integrated, value‑based solutions. By engaging with a variety of senior‑level individuals and decision‑makers, you will promote solutions that address a broad set of workforce requirements, including traditional benefits, wellness strategies, workforce compensation and rewards, HR transformation, and employee engagement solutions. This is a hybrid role that requires being in our Montreal office at least 3 days a week.
