Key Responsibilities:
Experiment with innovative flavors, textures, and ingredients to expand our product range.
Develop seasonal and limited-edition items to drive customer interest and boost sales.
Establish and maintain consistent quality standards, taste, and texture across all bakery items.
Standardize recipes, ingredient specifications, and production methods for scalability across outlets.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure recipes maintain quality and stability under various production conditions.
Partner with the Director(s) and Marketing team to align on product development strategies and timelines.
Train kitchen and outlet staff on new recipes, production techniques, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency.
Work closely with the procurement team to source quality ingredients and manage cost-effective production processes.
