+ 4+ years of automotive experience, preferably in Motorsports
+ Technical knowledge of race cars – Porsche exposure a plus
+ A leader that possesses outstanding technical knowledge, racing experience and excellent people skills
+ Ability to clearly communicate with mechanics, engineers, management, and other supporting departments
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a high sense of urgency and ability to follow and execute on policies and procedures
