Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer

Position Summary

The Solutions Engineer – RF Optimization is responsible for optimizing and improving the performance of 4G LTE and 5G radio access networks. The role involves KPI analysis, troubleshooting, network tuning, root cause analysis, feature optimization, customer engagement, and the development of technical solutions that enhance network quality, coverage, capacity, and user experience. The engineer serves as a technical consultant and optimization expert for Ericsson customers.

Key Responsibilities

Network Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze RAN performance KPIs across LTE and 5G networks.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure accessibility, retainability, mobility, latency, throughput, and quality targets are achieved.
• Identify performance degradation trends and recommend corrective actions.
