ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

• Understand and carries out duties in line with Vision and Mission Statements, Philosophy, Goals and Objectives that suit the scope of the Services and hospital.
• Understand the service organization structure.
• Informs Radiology Manager when changes occur in circumstances which affect standard of services.
• Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
• To plan, develop and manage imaging services.
• To ensure all staff comply radiation protection safety policy are adhere all the time.
• Establish the highest quality of imaging care.
• Platform for effective communication and for staff to address grievances if any.
• Maintain standard of care and good rapport with patient and family.
• To ensure efficient operation of the service by developing system and processes suitable with current practice.
