Unit Information: This unit features 4 rooms with 1 patient per room. There are 22 staff members, including RNs and Techs. The staffing includes 1 Charge RN and 4 staff members per room during the day shift. The night shift consists of an on-call team. The patient ratio is 1:1. All rooms are equipped with GE equipment. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech and MacLab. Typical procedures performed include: Cardiac Catheterizations, Cerebellar angiograms, stent placements, and balloon procedures.
