We have a vacancy for a Clerical Officer to join the team at Northwick Park Hospital Radiology Department.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and efficient reception and examinations booking service to patients attending the Imaging Department. They will take the lead role for a particular modality, ensuring bookings do not breach the national waiting time standards and managing an efficient process of initial patient assessment for all imaging request forms.

They’ll also be expected to work independently, manage and prioritise their workload, and liaise closely with the wider administration team in the Department.
