Spire Shawfair Park Hospital is recruiting for a Imaging Manager to run the Imaging department on a day to day basis due to increased service demand and growth within the hospital.
Duties and responsibilities:
Plan staff rotas and skill mix maximising the staff resource and equipment capacity across the departments Line manage and develop a discrete team within the department including performance matters To be actively involved in the recruitment of new members of staff Give judgement on a variety of complex clinical, staff & operational problems Undertake clinical duties and participate in the 7 day services/ on-call when necessary Take the highly specialist lead role in the Imaging department consummate to expertise Act as a Specialist Diagnostic Imaging resource for the multi-disciplinary team and R...
