- Types of Cases: XR, CT, MR, US, NM. Subspecialty Case Mix: (40%) ER, (60%) Neuro, (5%) Nuc Med.
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified
- Neuro Fellowship required
- Certifications: DEA
- Licensure: Active West Virginia license required
