To operate multiple pieces of equipment that are utilized. To troubleshoot equipment issues. Admits and orients patient to electrophysiology lab according to pre-procedural checklist. Accurately enters patient information to database, hemodynamic and x-ray systems. Explains testing procedure to patient and/or significant others including exam to be performed, type of contrast media used, length of exam and equipment necessary to perform exam.
