Ideal Candidate: Has all the required license and certificates and has experience as a hospital-based radiologic technologist for at least a year.
Under the direction of the Department Director, supervision of the Radiology Supervisor, and in collaboration with the radiologists, performs advanced technical diagnostic imaging procedures and related activities utilizing age-specific criteria according to department standards. Serves as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff. Participates in quality control and organizational improvement activities. Is a technical and clinical role model for less experienced radiologic technologists in the department. Participates in call schedule to meet staffing needs of the department.
