As an Assistant Technical Officer in our Radiopharmacy, you’ll join train on the job while completing a Level 3 Science Manufacturing Technician (Pharmaceutical) apprenticeship. On successful completion you’ll be eligible for professional registration with the Science Council as a Registered Science Technician (RSciTech).

You’ll be joining a Radiopharmacy team of 27 staff pharmacists, scientists and technicians organised across production, clinical trials and quality assurance (QA). The post reports to the Chief Technician and is accountable to the Chief Pharmacist. Day to day, you’ll work most closely with the technician team, who will be your main colleagues as you learn the role.
