Proven experience (minimum 4 - 5 years) as a Legal Secretary dealing with RAF (Road Accident Fund) claims, and has a passion for the role
We would like a person fluent in English and African languages
Proven experience in a legal secretarial role within a Road Accident Fund litigation environment
Knowledge and understanding of RAF claims processes and procedures
Exceptional client care skills
Strong drafting skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Caselines and Court Online
