Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 4 - 5 years) as a Legal Secretary dealing with RAF (Road Accident Fund) claims, and has a passion for the role
- We would like a person fluent in English and African languages
- Proven experience in a legal secretarial role within a Road Accident Fund litigation environment
- Knowledge and understanding of RAF claims processes and procedures
- Exceptional client care skills
- Strong drafting skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Caselines and Court Online
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft ...
