About the Role
With a mission for quality care toward residents and their families, the RAI Assessor is accountable for performing RAI related responsibilities in accordance with established policies and in compliance with the standards of the Canadian Institute of Health Information (CIHI) and Alberta Health Services (AHS).

- Resident Centered Care
- Conduct RAI-MDS assessments in alignment with Bethany Care policies and CIHI standards.
- Practice within the professional role of a Licensed Practical Nurse, adhering to CLPNA standards.
- Access appropriate information and resources to enhance resident care (e.g., RAI-MDS assessment, outcome scores, clinical assessment protocols).
- Advocate for residents' rights to autonomy, respect, privacy, dignity, and access to information.
