SR2 are partnering with an exciting defence and maritime client supporting the development of future naval capability, autonomous platforms, and next-generation combat systems. We are seeking an experienced Naval Combat Systems or Autonomous Systems Engineering specialist to provide strategic engineering expertise across concept and pre-concept activities.
You will work alongside a high-profile defence programme helping shape future Royal Navy capability through innovative approaches to combat systems, autonomous platforms, sensors, effectors and command & control architectures.
Lead combat systems and/or autonomous systems engineering activities
Translate capability requirements into engineering and architectural solutions
Assess future maritime technologies including UxVs and autonomous platforms
Produce high-quality technical reports, recommendations and presentations
