Our client is a leader in the railway industry.. We are seeking a Rail Depot Maintenance Manager to lead the project and the team based out of Middle East (flexible) This is a senior level position and you will be responsible for leading a large team of professionals and maintaining excellent relations clients at the highest levels. Functions: Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for: Planning of the necessary monitoring milestones and fulfilment of the objectives set. Planning of human resources and necessary materials. Technical monitoring of trains along with financial planning. Responsibility for direct and indirect reports of a multidisciplinary team comprised of engineers, team leaders, technicians, and workshop staff.
