Opportunity Description
Job DescriptionIntermediate or Senior Signals Design Engineer to work with the existing Canadian Signals team on projects across Western Canada, ideally based in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on signals and systems design, consulting, and providing specialized knowledge in railway signal systems.
ResponsibilitiesAid Signals Design engineers with overall design strategies.
Help better understand client needs and requirements.
Act as the designated signals/systems specialist.
Comply with corporate safety, values, and initiatives.
Perform requirements management for CENELEC and other European standards.
Design, review, and checking (up to 3rd level) for new and modified vital circuitry and application logic programs for automatic block systems, centralized traffic control, interlockings, and highway grade crossing warning systems.
